Services Available
Horse Care
Need someone to check on your horse while you are gone? Services may include feeding, watering, checking stalls, turnout needs, basic barn care, and making sure your horse is safe and comfortable.
Dog Care
Dog care may include feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, walks, playtime, attention, and basic clean-up. Depending on availability and fit, your dog may also be able to stay at my home while you are away.
Cat Care
Cat care may include feeding, fresh water, litter box care, basic clean-up, and checking on your home while you are away.
Window Washing
Neva offers inside-home window washing for homes, farms, and small businesses.
Neva works from inside the area and clean windows from the inside out. I do not do outside ladder climbing.
This service works best for windows that pop out or tilt in from the inside, so both sides of the glass can be cleaned safely.
Service may include:
- Cleaning inside the window glass
- Cleaning both sides when windows pop out or tilt in
- Vacuuming window sills with a shop vac
- Wiping sills and edges
- Using a simple, no-harsh-chemical cleaner made with Dawn, vinegar, and water
- Cleaning with rags and a squeegee
Tidy Home Cleaning
Need things kept neat while you travel? Tidy home help may include light cleaning, basic organizing, checking on the home, and keeping things in order while you are gone.
Fees
A service fee and travel fee apply. Pricing depends on location, number of animals, type of care needed, time required, and frequency of visits.

Good for a shorter visit.

Drop in Cat Visit
Includes feeding, fresh water, litter box check/cleaning, Basic clean-up around food/litter area, Quick wellness check, and a little attention playtime if the cat wants it.

Window Washing Service
Inside and Outside with no ladder. Best for tilt in windows. Windows are cleaned using lint-free microfiber cloths to help reduce streaks and leave the glass clear and fresh.

2 x 3 & Sill cleaning; vacuumed & wiped
Interior Standard Window Cleaning
3 x 5 & Sill cleaning; vacuumed & wiped
Large Picture Window / Oversize
5 x 6 & Sill Cleaning; vacuumed & wiped

Screens Cleaning
This service includes light brushing or wiping, removing dust, dirt, and cobwebs, and using a vacuum when needed to help clean the screen area.
Sliding Glass/Patio/French Doors
Cleaning may include glass cleaning, light wiping around the frame, light track/sill clean-up, removing dust, dirt, and cobwebs, and vacuuming the track area when needed.
Storm Windows Extra Panes
This service may include cleaning extra glass panes, light wiping around the frame, removing dust, dirt, and cobwebs, light sill/track clean-up, and vacuuming the track area when needed.
When possible, storm panes may be carefully removed and replaced if they are easy and safe to handle. Before cleaning, panes will be checked for fragile glass, cracks, sticking, or difficulty removing.
Important Note:
Storm windows and extra panes will only be cleaned when they can be handled safely.

Tidy Home Cleaning
Light pick-up service before you return home
Pick up common areas, Wipe counters, Put dishes in the dishwasher, take out garbage, bring in mail/packages, light sweeping, Straighten pillow/blankets, check doors/windows, water plants, make the home feel welcoming when you return. 30 minutes - 1 hour
Deep Cleaning
Home Refresh - Kitchen, Bathrooms, Living Areas, Bedrooms, Extra Home Care. 2-4 hours.
Additional Services Available
Heavy scrubbing, Inside ovens or refrigerators, Laundry, washing walls, moving furniture, Large organizing projects, Cleaning up animals accidents, Hazardous messes, Carpet shampooing, mold removal
