Product delivery dates & About the Box.January 15 --Mind, Body, Soul... We are grateful for the opportunity to support our members after the Holidays, and we hope these items can provide a sense of joy, comfort, and relief to gear up for the next season; Clinics and seminars.
April 15 -- Goals, plan, practice... Dreams help us achieve our Goals. Programs help us follow through. Exercise helps make it permanent. We finished up with our Showdown #1 Series.  
June 30 -- Living your passion...for the love of the "Equestrian Sport." Support and time with your favorite equine. You are gearing up for Showdown #2 Series.
October 30 -- Saving the Best for last..." The Finale,"  reflecting on the year of your mind, body, soul, goals, plan, and practice while living your passion.

PolicyWhat’s your cancellation policy, Questions, Reactivate? If you would like to cancel or reactivate your membership, you must do so before the next bill date  14 days before, or you will continue to be billed for the following Seasonal Box. To cancel, email customer service, and we will make the changes. There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. Annual membership cancellation requests will go into effect at the end of the yearly term. Annual memberships prepay for four boxes and are nonrefundable.
You must return your box by the instructions below no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your wish to cancel your subscription for a refund. You are responsible for returning the box to us, and unless the package is faulty, you will be required to pay for the cost of returning the parcel to us. You must return the box as follows: post the container at your expense to the following address: Madison Riding Academy, 3440 Meadow Road, Verona, WI 53593.
We will examine the box upon receipt, and provided that the package does not show unreasonable use, we will offer a full refund. If the TV shows little help, we will notify you that a reduced amount will be available. We will refund your payment by the original payment method as soon as possible and no later than: (1) 14 days after we receive the box from you; or (2) (if earlier) 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the package to us. If we refund you the price paid before we can inspect the box and later discover that you have handled it unacceptable, you will be liable to pay us an appropriate amount.
If I cancel my subscription, will I lose access to everything? Your Access subscription includes access to the community, Stable Channel, and our Stables sales! If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to these features until your subscription expiration date (i.e., your renewal/bill date). What is a Stable Box Channel? The channel is where you will learn how to pass and present our friendly horses.
Stable Box is a subscription service billed each season (USD 89.00) or annually (USD 285.00 for four boxes), depending on the chosen option, and will be automatically charged using the payment method provided. Foreign exchange or transaction fees may apply to non-US customers.
